Pricing and Payment: Prices for our products are listed in Kenya Shilling and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment must be made in full before the order is processed. We accept payment via cash, Mpesa , EFT/RTGS or Cheque

Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive an email/message confirmation with your order details. This confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, but rather confirmation that we have received it.

Product Descriptions: We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our website or in-store are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Returns and Exchanges: We offer a one week return policy for products purchased from our store. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

Warranty: All new products come with a manufacturer's warranty. The duration and terms of the warranty vary by product and manufacturer. Please refer to the warranty information provided with your product for details.

Shipping and Delivery: We aim to ship orders within 1-2 days of receiving payment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by third-party shipping carriers.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Galaxy Mobile Solutions be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our products or services.

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Refund and Returns Policy

    • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
    • Your item must be returned within one week (7 days) from the date of purchase.
  2. Refund Process:
    • If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days from the date of return receipt.
    • Any shipping costs incurred for returning your item will be at your own expense and are non-refundable.
  3. Exchange Process:
    • If you need to exchange an item for the same or a different product, please contact us within the one-week return period to arrange the exchange.
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
  4. Non-Refundable Items:

      • Downloadable software products
      • Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  5. Damaged or Defective Products:
